Tea Time
Create space to explore mental health as it impacts the retirement years. Reminisce therapy, music therapy, and process writing are brought into the session to foster discussion on coping tools, generational cultural shifts, and life story/legacy.
Wellness Planning
Explore patterns in your mental and self care to create a wellness plan over a 4 week period. This process can bring forth insights into your strengths, acceptance of your patterns, and awareness of your resources for wellness. This is a 4 week course based on Mary Ellen Copeland’s WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) system. -
Published author on topics of PTSD, best practice care for patients with addiction, models of change and people first language. Marhya is available to contribute writing to professional articles and news publications.

Clinical supervision available for therapists seeking license. Marhya brings forward a broad base of experience to help guide your clinical decision making and a safe space to hone your treatment skills. $200 a session.

Past trainings have been provided on reducing burnout, helping patients cope with chronic illness, and creating wellness plans.
